本次河北隊停工，加中除了無法負擔水電費、超待維持俱樂部運轉 ，河北更深層次的队办定图原因在於“廊坊市體育局推進俱樂部股改工作停滯” 。河北隊母公司華夏幸福經營不善後，公场俱樂部的所被前途一直受到各方重視。
河北省和廊坊市有關方麵召開相關會議，贴封条推動股權混合所有製改革 ，否参《河北足球俱樂部改革方案》也獲得了批複 。加中但隨後相關工作一直沒有取得突破性進展 ，河北省和廊坊市方麵多次到俱樂部調研也沒有下文 。
因此河北隊的停工也被外界視作對地方部門的“逼宮” ，若問題無法得到解決 ，不排除河北隊退出中超 、直接解散的可能。而若河北隊不參與12月中超第二階段的比賽，申花將遞補進入中超爭冠組 。
與此同時 ，還有記者表示 ，欠薪超3個月的中超球隊不在少數 ，其中部分俱樂部甚至已經欠薪超6個月 ，部分教練員會在微信群裏給隊員發紅包 ，不少球員被打動 ，表示依然會堅持比賽 。
也有球員在被欠薪的情況下仍保證訓練 ：“為了自己保持狀態吧 ，這點覺悟還是有的 。”而部分俱樂部員工則笑稱：“現在如果不是個富二代 ，都不敢來俱樂部上班 。”
