羅馬官網發布公告稱 ：“俱樂部很高興地宣布 ，签约從熱那亞簽下了前鋒埃爾多-紹穆羅多夫 。罗马罗多26歲的官宣紹穆羅多夫以1750萬歐元的轉會費加盟羅馬 ，根據他未來的绍穆表現，熱那亞還將獲得一定的夫加浮動獎金 ，此外紹穆羅多夫今後轉會時熱那亞還可以得到一定比例的盟转轉會費分成。這位烏茲別克斯坦國腳和羅馬簽約五年 ，签约合同有效期至2026年6月30日 。罗马罗多他在羅馬將身穿14號球衣 。官宣”
《羅馬體育報》則公布了紹穆羅多夫的绍穆更多轉會細節 ，羅馬在今年夏天隻需要向熱那亞支付150萬歐元 ，其餘1600萬歐元轉會費將在未來幾年內分期支付。熱那亞還可以獲得最高250萬歐元的浮動獎金 ，以及紹穆羅多夫未來轉會費的10% 。
羅馬俱樂部總經理平托表示 ：“埃爾多是一名有著很大發展潛力的前鋒 ，他渴望在自己已經熟悉的意甲聯賽中在羅馬證明自己 。除了這種意願 ，他作為一名球員的素質也非常適合我們教練的戰術要求。因此，我們很高興能夠歡迎他加盟羅馬 。”
紹穆羅多夫出生於1995年6月29日 ，身高190厘米的他可以踢中鋒 ，也可以勝任左右兩邊的邊鋒位置 。紹穆羅多夫在烏茲別克斯坦的馬紹爾俱樂部出道，2017年加盟俄超羅斯托夫 。2020年紹穆羅多夫轉會加盟意甲球隊熱那亞 ，上賽季他在意甲出場31次打進8球 。
紹穆羅多夫至今已經為烏茲別克斯坦國家隊出場49次打進22球 。值得一提的是 ，在2019年3月的中國杯比賽中，紹穆羅多夫曾打進製勝球 ，幫助烏茲別克斯坦1-0戰勝中國男足 。
