5月18日，世预赛亚赛裁亞足聯傳來消息 ，洲区执法其裁判部門已確定了卡塔爾世界杯預選賽亞洲區附加賽澳大利亞隊與阿聯酋隊比賽的附加傅明裁判員名單 。來自烏茲別克斯坦的名单坦塔舍夫將與同樣來自烏茲別克斯坦的2名助理裁判執法本場比賽 。中國籍國際級裁判員傅明則將擔任本場比賽的敲定助理視頻助理裁判員（AVAR） 。
賽曆顯示，将参卡塔爾世預賽亞洲區附加賽澳大利亞隊與阿聯酋隊的世预赛亚赛裁比賽將於6月7日在卡塔爾多哈舉辦 。5月18日 ，洲区执法國際足聯 、附加傅明亞足聯向阿聯酋足協、名单澳大利亞足總分別發去通知，敲定公布了本場比賽的将参裁判員名單 。
來自烏茲別克斯坦國際級裁判員坦塔舍夫 、世预赛亚赛裁國際級助理助理裁判員安德烈·薩本科夫 、洲区执法蒂努爾·揚努林將攜手執法本場比賽 。附加傅明來自韓國的高亨進則擔任第4官員。視頻助理裁判為來自新加坡的塔基 。來自中國的傅明則將擔任本場比賽的助理視頻助理裁判員 。
今年3月 ，以馬寧 、傅明 、曹奕 、施翔為成員的中國籍國際級裁判員組赴西亞執法了卡塔爾世預賽亞洲區12強賽最後2輪比賽並執法了亞冠聯賽西亞大區小組賽。受疫情及國際旅行條件受限等因素影響 ，他們4人完成亞冠執法任務後繼續駐留在沙特，等待執法由亞足聯舉辦的其他比賽。
按照計劃，他們將赴阿曼、巴林 ，執法亞足聯杯賽的部分賽事。隨後於下月赴烏茲別克斯坦，執法第5屆U23亞洲杯賽比賽 。傅明則將將先行赴多哈執法世預賽附加賽 。
