皮爾洛與孔蒂也是巴薩的目標 。據悉 ，拉波爾塔非常看好皮爾洛在巴薩執教的前景 ，並將其視為第二個裏傑卡爾德 。巴薩已經與皮爾洛進行接觸 ，並提出了一份報價，皮爾洛正在考慮自己的未來 。孔蒂是一位冠軍教頭 ，離開國米後賦閑在家 ，從執教能力來看，孔蒂比較適合巴薩 ，但是孔蒂情商較低 ，這也是拉波爾塔必須考慮的問題。
