自從梅西離開巴薩之後 ，不少球迷調侃神仙也救不了如今這支紅藍軍團 。哈维后换换药好的上任確，在哈維取代科曼成為巴薩主帥之際，没比球隊依舊換湯不換藥 ，嘴炮战绩巴薩依舊在各條戰線上步履蹣跚 ，哈维后换换药好哈維在率隊踢了14場比賽之後 ，上任球迷看不到一點關於巴薩複興的没比影子 ，紅藍死忠看到更多的嘴炮战绩似乎隻有關於哈維的嘴炮 。
在上任之後的哈维后换换药好首場新聞發布會上，哈維就表達了自己的上任雄心壯誌 ：“我知道我在一個困難的時刻回到巴薩 ，我們並沒有經曆史上最好的没比時刻 。我們必須恢複一些事情 ，嘴炮战绩要在對手半場內積極拚搶、哈维后换换药好向對手施壓 ，上任去贏得比賽 。”正所謂理想是美好的 ，現實卻是骨感的，在巴薩帥位上的14場比賽 ，哈維僅僅隻贏下了其中的6場 ，戰績慘不忍睹 。
哈維回歸巴薩首秀是加泰德比 ，對陣西班牙人 ，球隊1-0險勝對手 。截至目前 ，哈維執教巴薩出戰14場 ，取得了6勝4平4負的戰績，其中歐冠 、西超杯 、國王杯均被淘汰出局 ，西甲方麵巴薩積35分排名第5 ，落後榜首皇馬15分之多 ，落後第四名馬競1分 ，這樣的戰績很難與曾經無所不能的巴薩聯係在一起 。而哈維來到球隊之後 ，戰績相比於曾經的科曼 ，似乎並沒有太大的起色。
作為巴薩王朝的功勳球員 ，哈維在來到教練位置之時 ，崇尚的自然是無所不能的Tiki-Taka戰術 。需要指出的是 ，Tiki-Taka戰術的根本自然是球隊眾球星有著超高的默契 ，同時也有著過人的個人能力 。然而 ，如今的巴薩卻踢得有些四不像 ，更多時候，哈維的Tiki-Taka戰術更像是在後場倒腳 ，雖然巴薩在場上贏得了控球率 ，但實質性的機會巴薩卻與對手相去甚遠 。
巴薩從科曼到哈維 ，戰術能力不增反降 ，但教練的嘴上功夫是突飛猛進。哈維之前對媒體表示，巴薩仍是歐洲頂級強隊 ，五大聯賽中僅次於拜仁 ，能擊敗包括皇馬在內的任何對手 。如今歐冠、歐超杯 、國王杯全部被淘汰 ，可謂是啪啪打臉 。不得不說的是，沒有梅西的巴薩 ，似乎僅僅隻能算得上是二流球隊，從這個角度上來講 ，巴薩的複興大計任重道遠 。
