第三個容易受傷的身體部位就是頸脊 ，在打羽毛球的時候 ，因為往往需要抬頭往上看 ，這個對頸脊是有一定的影響的；打球姿勢要求背部挺直放鬆，在緊張的比賽中自然就會繃緊了 ，所以在長期打羽毛球的情況下，頸脊就會有不同程度的勞損 。
針對長期打羽毛球產生的膝蓋、手臂 、頸脊問題 ，也不是沒有辦法解決的 。在打羽毛球之前 ，需要給自己足夠的熱身 ，學習正常的打羽毛球的動作和姿勢 ，因為不正常的動作姿勢會更加容易受傷 。不要在身體有傷的情況下進行運動 ，這個是非常嚴重的 。喜歡羽毛球沒有錯 ，但不是職業選手的話 ，最好每周3~5次為佳。
