貝多芬的国际那句“扼住命運的喉嚨” ，一直讓麵對逆境的足联中国重和人們產生共鳴 ，其中包括運動生涯因韌帶嚴重損傷而殘酷結束的点赞中國女足前國腳白莉莉，但她已經寫下人生新的女足篇章……近日，在國際婦女節來臨之際 ，前队钦佩國際足聯在官網撰文並寫下這段話 ，员令對“鏗鏘玫瑰”的人尊名將給予高度評價 。
作為主帥馬良行執教時期的国际主力中場 ，白莉莉是足联中国重和中國女足2006年亞洲杯冠軍隊的一員 ，但她在半決賽嚴重受傷 ，点赞那場球成了她的女足謝幕之戰 。頒獎儀式上 ，前队钦佩隊友們推著輪椅上的员令白莉莉 ，抱起冠軍獎杯 。人尊合影中的国际她 ，保持了樂觀的笑容 。
“說實話 ，當時我不知道傷勢有多重 。”白莉莉說 ，42歲的她，目前是亞足聯女子足球發展部主管 。
“我當時就想盡快康複 ，因為下一年（2007年）是在中國舉行的世界杯……但最終我知道 ，那個過去的自己，再也回不來了 。受傷前我處於生涯巔峰 ，但隨後不得不退役 ，真的太殘酷了。”
兩年做過四次手術 ，重返綠茵場的希望逐漸消失 ，在麵對事業和命運的殘酷挑戰時 ，這個上海姑娘沒有被挫折擊倒，卻以被國際足聯評價為“嶄新而激動人心的”職業發展 ，重新崛起 。
告別球員生涯後 ，白莉莉從事足球培訓工作 。她參與了一些校園足球項目，還作為助理參加了國際足聯和亞足聯在中國的草根足球項目 。
“哀歎過去沒用 。必須紮紮實實做點事 ，把想法付諸實踐 ，才有機會實現自己的抱負 。”白莉莉回憶說。
為更好地準備事業新階段 ，白莉莉參加了亞足聯教練課程 ，在2016年拿到職業級教練證書 。在中國女足U17隊擔任教練員後 ，她加入亞足聯工作 。
“回想起來 ，正是作為青少年教練的那些年 ，培養了我新的能力 。”她說 ，“通過我的例子 ，我能證明 ，女孩們可以通過足球擁有光明的未來。女球員需要提升場上和場下的能力 ，需要實現全麵發展 。”
國際足聯女足官員薩拉·巴裏曼說 ，白莉莉通過她的工作 ，贏得尊重和欽佩。“我希望看到更多像她一樣的前球員參與女足管理工作 。
