此後還有在國際米蘭被檢查出問題的无法卡努 、因為體內帶有植入除顫器而未能和熱那亞簽約的竞技斯諾（Evander Sno） 、以及差點因為植入除顫器電量用光出大事的运动意甲現國腳布林德。
還有在賽場上休克、埃里3年後才從醫院回家 、克森需要家人一直看護的告别努裏 。
在意大利 ，无法埃裏克森這種情況肯定隻能退役了 ，竞技因為他得不到衛生部門發放的运动意甲競技運動許可證 ，而且意大利競技運動禁止運動員攜帶植入式除顫器 。
但是如果恢複良好 ，而且醫生檢查後排除先天心髒問題等可能 ，認為可以參加比賽 ，埃裏克森也有希望帶著植入式除顫器 ，在荷蘭等國繼續球員生涯 。
