前段時間 ，友非外界一致盛傳李鐵將出任陝西長安競技主教練。常想陝西長安競技足球俱樂部的拉把投資人是許宏濤 。當年 ，曝李許宏濤被稱為“中國足球第一經紀人”，铁因是口无李鐵 、孫繼海等球員的遮拦經紀人 ，成功運作了李鐵前往英超踢球 ，所以李鐵與許宏濤曾經是一條戰壕裏的親密戰友 。

在執教國足期間，李鐵口無遮攔 ，懟天懟地 ，還發帶貨微博，損害了國足的利益 ，這不僅令他提前結束國足主帥生涯 ，還影響到了自身的形象 。在外界的壓力下 ，許宏濤最終選擇了王寶山出任球隊主教練 。
