郝偉首先介紹了球隊的状态情況：“最近全隊做了些恢複，也做了戰術上的费莱布置 ，希望接下來對廣州隊的郝伟蒿俊获更比賽能有好的表現 。”

此前因傷缺席集訓的外援費萊尼恢複較為順利 ，首輪比賽中 ，費萊尼替補出場踢了20分鍾 ，對於本場比賽費萊尼是否首發出場 ，郝偉透露 ：“費萊尼上一場踢了20分鍾 ，效果不錯，他會逐漸獲得更多出戰時間，但要保證傷病不加重 。他要登場在戰術上確實會有所變化 。”
在中超首輪比賽中，替補出場的萊昂納多為球隊首開紀錄 ，表現出不俗的實力 。本場比賽萊昂納多是否首發出場 ，郝偉表示還要看他的狀態 。“萊昂納多是否出戰要看這兩天的訓練狀況 。誰身體狀況更好 ，誰才能在首發名單裏 。”
中超第二輪 ，山東泰山隊挑戰廣州隊 ，這場比賽將會對觀眾開放 ，將有數百名山東球迷遠赴廣州 ，為山東泰山隊加油助威 ，廣州則會有五千名球迷入場 。對此郝偉表示 ：這場球允許球迷來對我們來說是好事，球迷來到現場，有球迷助威和觀賞，雙方球員也有更好的表現和激情。這場比賽的場地與之前不一樣 ，但對雙方來說這樣的條件是相同的，我相信雙方都是同等待遇 。”
