本周四，歐足聯官方確認 ，林客歐足聯旗下所有賽事都將從新賽季開始取消客場進球規則。场进驰對於這一決定 ，则的衷背歐足聯主席切費林也給出了他的影响已初解釋 。
“自從客場進球規則在1965年被引入以來 ，切费球规這一規則就一直是林客歐足聯賽事的固有組成部分 。然而 ，场进驰有關這一規則的则的衷背存廢 ，近些年歐足聯已多次在會議上進行過討論 。影响已初盡管大家有不同的切费球规觀點 ，但很多教練 、林客球迷和利益相關者都在質疑這一規則的场进驰公平性，並表達了希望廢除這一規則的则的衷背意願。”切費林這樣說道 。影响已初
“這項規則產生的影響 ，已經與規則設立的初衷背道而馳 。事實上 ，這一規則正在妨礙主場球隊 ，尤其是首回合主場作戰的球隊積極進攻 。主場球隊會害怕讓客隊進球 ，擔心對手獲得客場進球優勢 。還有批評指出 ，這一規則會破壞雙方比賽的公平性 ，尤其是在加時賽中，若客隊進球 ，則主隊就必須要進更多的球 。”
“現在可以說 ，一支球隊的主場優勢 ，已經沒有辦法和以往相比。考慮到全歐洲球隊在戰術風格方麵的一致性 ，以及其他不同因素所導致的主場優勢下降 ，歐足聯執委會做出了這個正確的決定 。我們認為，客場進球價值比主場進球高的這一規則 ，已經不再合適 。”
