《每日體育報》指出 ，绩首科曼本賽季有三大功績。活梅首功 ，巴萨就是更衣功激激活了梅西 。梅西去年夏天鬧離隊，室力被強行留住後狀態不佳 。挺科但在進入2021年後 ，曼留梅西的任列狀態有了極大的提升 ，他似乎找回了10年前的巔峰狀態 。科曼堅持以梅西為核心打造進攻體係 ，這也收到了非常理想的效果 。巴薩在聯賽中連續17輪不敗 ，這一數據冠絕五大聯賽。
科曼的第二個功績 ，是激活了隊內核心們 。除了梅西之外 ，皮克 、布斯克茨等老將也都在本賽季有著非常出色的發揮 ，而上賽季他們則疲態盡顯 。皮克雖然兩次受傷 ，但他帶傷頭球絕平塞維利亞 ，為巴薩奇跡般晉級國王杯決賽成功鋪路。在三中衛體係下，布斯克茨不需要承擔過大防守壓力，他在進攻組織上又重新變得揮灑自如 。登貝萊去年夏天險些被清洗 ，如今也得到了科曼重用並有不錯的發揮。
科曼的第三個功績 ，則是重用大批年輕人 。18歲的佩德裏已經是絕對主力了 ，德斯特 、明格薩 、阿勞霍 、特林康等人也都是重要的輪換球員 。法蒂雖然目前仍然在養傷 ，但在重傷之前 ，他已經被科曼定義為主力中鋒了 。年輕人的大量湧現，使得巴薩整體更新換代相對比較成功 。
《每日體育報》指出，科曼下周將會與拉波爾塔對話，以商討今夏的引援和清洗 。巴薩今夏補強的首選位置是中鋒和中衛 ，拉波爾塔想要引進哈蘭德 ，巴薩則基本敲定了埃裏克-加西亞 。科曼還希望得到德佩 ，他已經向荷蘭同胞承諾“隻要我不走就會引進你”。
