2月27日下午 ，中國女足結束了“14+7”健康監測 ，霞们信心正式結束隔離生活 ，已进员们隨後將在閉環內轉運至上海 。入夺接下來，冠后个阶更中國女足的下段希隊員們將回歸各自俱樂部 ，準備接下來的望队女足錦標賽與女超聯賽。
農曆大年初六 ，水庆中國女足在印度進行的霞们信心女足亞洲杯中擊敗韓國女足 ，成功奪冠 。已进员们消息一出 ，入夺迅速在國內社交網絡刷屏 ，冠后个阶更“女足精神”“鏗鏘玫瑰”等詞匯被反複提及 ，下段希一時間熱度與冬奧會比肩 。望队
亞洲杯捷報 ，水庆讓聚光燈從返程開始就投射在了中國女足的身上 。中國女足乘坐包機返回國內 、入住蘇州駐地酒店的全程都被記錄了下來。下飛機後 ，女足姑娘們時刻有球迷 、鮮花和橫幅相隨 。隔離期間 ，甚至有一場無人機表演專門為女足姑娘們打造 ，無人機投射出五彩斑斕的燈光，擺出各種字樣與形狀 ，慶祝女足亞洲杯奪冠的壯舉 。
在過去的21天裏 ，中國女足一邊隔離 ，一邊訓練，維持競技狀態 。昨天下午1點 ，中國女足的姑娘們乘坐20輛汽車駛出蘇州駐地酒店 ，啟程前往上海。如同入住時一樣 ，球隊的離開也迎來了熱烈歡送 ，現場拉起的橫幅寫著“蘇州和中國女足心連心”“中國女足加油”“期待你們再回來”的歡呼聲此起彼伏 。為了表達感謝，中國女足也向蘇州贈送了國家隊集體簽名的木製足球。
臨行前，中國女足還收獲了兩件禮物 ，一個是由蘇州大師級工匠縫製而成的宋錦國旗 ，一個是為女足姑娘們量身定做的宋錦服飾 ，共計43套 。宋錦是中國傳統絲製工藝品 ，被賦予中國“錦繡之冠”的美譽 ，是我國四大名錦之一 。女足姑娘們拿到的宋錦服飾 ，總價值超過100萬人民幣。
主教練水慶霞對於隔離生活和訓練進行了總結 ：“我們現在已經進入奪冠後的下一個階段 ，球隊在蘇州進行了基本的調整 。這次奪冠算是一個新的起點，希望隊員們更加有信心 ，看到自己好的地方 ，不斷成長 。”
今年5月，中國女足將在聯賽結束後再次集結 ，為9月的亞運會及其他賽事做準備 。
