北京時間今天淩晨 ，曼联在本輪英超的无缘一場焦點戰中 ，曼聯在客場0-4慘敗布萊頓 ，欧冠37輪過後積58分 ，致全距離少賽三場排名第四的队降低阿森納有5分差距 ，提前宣告無緣下賽季歐冠賽場 。薪C薪多據《每日郵報》的罗周報道 ，無緣歐冠也讓曼聯全隊的年最收入受到影響 ，紅魔眾將麵臨著降薪的曼联到來 。
《The 无缘Athletic》此前曾報道 ，如果曼聯未能獲得歐冠資格 ，欧冠那麽紅魔全隊將降薪25% 。致全而據《每日郵報》的队降低消息，由於下賽季無緣歐冠 ，薪C薪多即便是罗周參加歐聯或者歐會 ，曼聯所獲得的獎金和轉播費收入都將驟減 ，而降薪也是因為紅魔的預期收入會減少而造成的 。
據悉 ，如果C羅在今夏留隊 ，那麽葡萄牙前鋒麵臨的降薪將是最大的，他的周薪將從38.5萬英鎊降至28.8萬英鎊 ，這一數字是C羅近些年來的最低值 。而在此之前 ，C羅在尤文效力時的周薪為50萬英鎊 。
不過《The Athletic》同時指出 ，曼聯球員可以通過與俱樂部溝通 ，來試圖降低降薪的比例 。而《每日郵報》則表示 ，如果下賽季曼聯能夠獲得歐冠資格，那麽球員的薪水也將相應地回調。
