北京時間3月21日，李铁中國男足重新在上海的确定其球厚湃爾足球公園集中 ，開始新一輪集訓 。国足由於多名主力缺席 ，热身國家隊的对手队陣容磨合也成了最大的問題 。李鐵透露本期集訓國足將與山東泰山和河南龍門進行兩場熱身賽 。透露由於出現多名球員傷病 ，紧急國足內部正在積極進行溝通 ，征调可能會緊急征調其他球員入隊 ，员入具體消息今晚會最終公布 。李铁
李鐵表示：“這是确定其球40強賽前的最後一次集訓 ，安排了兩場熱身賽 ，国足對手是热身河南建業和山東泰山 ，跟世預賽節奏相同 。对手队遺憾的透露是出現了不少傷病 ，張琳芃手術後恢複可能需要比較長時間 ，李可回來比較晚，費南多熱身賽受傷 ，核磁報告沒出 ，但我估計也得需要兩三周時間 ，蔣光太也沒能來 。蒿俊閔有點小的拉傷，時間不會太長，可能需要2-3周時間 ，我們需要所有人都準備好 。這也是足球的一部分 ，我們隻能麵對 。現在隻能希望5月20號集訓的時候 ，所有人都能來 ，這樣我們還有10天左右的時間去集訓，通過比賽讓隊員慢慢熟悉 。”
談到武磊 ，李鐵表示 ，他一直在國家隊的計劃當中，“每期集訓我們都會把武磊拉到國家隊的群裏 ，讓他感受國家隊的氛圍 ，雖然他遠在西班牙 ，但仍然是我們隊非常重要的一員 ，希望武磊能夠按照正常的時間能歸隊。”
采訪中 ，李鐵還透露了阿蘭的情況 ，他表示 ，阿蘭本來20日晚上就應該到上海 ，但是上飛機之前得到消息說孩子生病，“他也非常著急 ，也很難過傷心，小孩的情況比較危險 ，家人希望他能夠盡快回巴西陪伴家人 。還好最艱難的情況已經過去了，阿蘭今天也是乘坐最早的航班來到上海，他也跟我說希望在國家隊有好的表現，他的眼睛裏都有眼淚 ，看得出他非常擔心家人的情況 ，我們能做的也是跟有關方麵進行溝通 ，希望他的家人能夠盡快來到中國 ，給球員更好的陪伴 。”
談到兩場熱身賽 ，李鐵表示 ：“這兩場比賽是按照菲律賓和敘利亞兩場比賽來準備 ，熱身賽成績不重要，我們還是要嚐試更多的戰術組合 。”
談到費南多的傷病 ，李鐵表示，國家隊可能會征調新的球員入隊 ，具體情況今晚會對外公布 。（搜狐體育 裴力）
