北京時間4月23日消息 ，據足球報報道 ，裁判據國外權威裁判網站Refereeing World透露，强心球裁國際級裁判傅明，剂傅京奥已入圍東京奧運會足球比賽裁判名單 ，明入隻不過 ，围东他的运足身份是視頻助理裁判（VAR） ，除了男足 ，判名他還將兼任女足比賽的中国視頻助理裁判 。
去年9月，裁判中超蘇州賽區裁判組負責人曾透露 ，强心球裁有兩名中國裁判 ，剂傅京奥有望執法卡塔爾世界杯 ，明入一個是围东主裁判 ，一個是运足視頻助理裁判，雖然他沒有公開名字，但事實上，這兩個人，就是馬寧和傅明，其中 ，傅明的希望，甚至大於馬寧 。
中國男子裁判上一次出現在奧運會上，還是2004年的雅典 。而在那之後 ，中國男子裁判 ，就和世界杯 、奧運會無緣 ，至今長達17年 。現在 ，傅明和馬寧（或其中之一）有望再次出現在世界舞台（奧運會或世界杯） 。
