《周到上海》表示 ，正式抵達大連已經6天的投入申花，尚未恢複訓練 。训练全隊正按照相關的沪媒防疫要求“足不出戶” ，在各自的申花房間裏進行隔離 。據悉 ，全队在大連期間 ，目前申花是仍隔一人一個房間 ，一日三餐均由專人送到房間 ，正式並定期接受體溫檢測和核酸檢測 。投入
聯賽的賽區方麵 ，由於日照無法承辦比賽 ，足協立即啟動了對海口賽區的考察 ，且進展較為順利 ，隻待相關部門批複 ，所以新賽季的中超很可能是大連、梅州和海口3大賽區 。隨著賽區即將全部落實 ，賽區的分組也基本明朗 。大連賽區除了已經抵達的申花和海港兩支上海球隊之外 ，還有武漢長江 、武漢三鎮 、廣州隊和河北隊。這個賽區最大的特點是“同城德比” ，包括了上海德比和武漢德比 。海口賽區有衛冕冠軍山東泰山 、廣州城 、河南嵩山龍門、重慶兩江競技 、長春亞泰和浙江隊 。梅州賽區則是北京國安 、梅州客家、成都蓉城 、深圳隊 、滄州雄獅和天津津門虎 。據悉 ，聯賽第一階段總共會踢8輪 ，曆時約一個月 ，所以屆時賽程會非常密集，基本上是四天一賽的節奏。
