搜狐體育消息 ，沪媒海港北京時間5月11日 ，队员动球第阶段或《上觀新聞》發文解析了上海兩支球隊參加中超聯賽的接近前景 ，並表示海港球員已經將近70多天沒有碰球了 ，天没第一階段的直接表現可能並不會很好 。
由於上海本土疫情 ，拉胯為落實防疫要求 、沪媒海港確保安全管理 ，队员动球第阶段或申花 、接近海港這兩支上海灘球隊將一起被分入大連賽區 。天没此前 ，直接大連賽區給予兩支上海球隊的拉胯要求是進行3+11天的醫學隔離 ，在3天集中隔離後 ，沪媒海港第四天可以在閉環內單獨進行訓練 。队员动球第阶段或
隔離期間 ，接近球隊勢必無法保持正常訓練 ，職業球員一天不訓練狀態就會下滑 。上海海港隊遭遇最大的問題 ，是疫情下球隊訓練極不正常 ，隊員體能堪憂 。據悉 ，大多數海港一線隊員已60天沒能動球 ，在上海醫學隔離觀察期間需足不出戶 ，也不能去健身房鍛煉。在隊員接近70天沒動球的前提下，上海海港隊第一階段聯賽表現，或直接“拉胯” 。
