此前落選英格蘭隊歐洲杯大名單的盼球林加德 ，在個人推特上寫道 ：“醫護人員和醫療設備做得非常出色，场都給埃裏克森帶來了幫助 。救设我們的林加附近能擁有這些人 、這些設備 ，德医是护人非常幸運的事情 。但是员救有抢其他的人可能就沒那麽幸運了 。希望大家能支持以下的埃里倡議 ，幫助我們在未來拯救更多的克森生命 。”
而在林加德的推文之下 ，則是其轉發的一則倡議書 。倡議書的主題，是呼籲英足總在所有球場安置除顫儀等搶救設備。目前 ，該倡議書已經有超過5萬人簽名 。
