當比賽進行到比賽第89分鍾時，海港雙方在中場附近再起衝突 ，足协直隨後馮瀟霆衝著邊裁咆哮，处争最終主裁判在親自去場外回看var之後向孫世林和奧斯卡出示紅牌，议判馮瀟霆被出示黃牌。记者均本場比賽 ，申花赛后申诉奧斯卡在中場成功的海港梳理了球隊的進攻 ，並上演了助攻大四喜的好戲 。在此前足協杯的比賽中 ，沒有奧斯卡的海港在中場的攻守顯然沒有那麽順暢 ，而他的停賽顯然會對海港的進攻造成極大的影響 。

據了解，申花和海港兩家俱樂部都對這場比賽裁判的判罰進行了申訴涉及三個場景 ：申花申訴之一是莫雷諾禁區內倒地是否是點球 ，之二是保利尼奧進球前孫世林是否被犯規；海港申訴的點就是奧斯卡紅牌，這三個場景也的確構成了本場比賽的爭議。
