近期 ，帅裴由於球隊成績不佳 ，辞职沒有達到大家的球队期望 。在嚴峻的保级保級形勢下，67歲的严峻裴恩才指導身在第一線 ，頂著巨大壓力工作 。中甲10月1日 ，新疆宣主形式在與北京北體大的队官比賽之後 ，主教練裴恩才因為身體健康原因向俱樂部提出辭職 。帅裴俱樂部考慮到裴恩才指導身體實際情況 ，辞职決定同意裴恩才指導的球队請求 。
上賽季結束之後 ，保级新疆天山雪豹多名核心球員在休賽期離隊 ，本賽季初，俱樂部遞補回中甲 ，主教練裴恩才指導在3月底加盟俱樂部 ，配合俱樂部完成引援組隊 ，全華班出征2021賽季中甲聯賽。但從開賽至今 ，球隊成績一直不理想 ，保級形式嚴峻 ，但裴恩才指導一直堅守崗位 ，承受各種壓力，再次對裴恩才指導所做的工作表示感謝 。
經俱樂部研究決定，現暫由阿斯哈爾擔任執行教練 。即日將抵達武漢賽區 。今年餘下的比賽 ，無論俱樂部還是球隊，定將全力以赴 ，團結奮戰，克服千難萬險 。我們深情的希望 ，請廣大球迷朋友們和社會各界繼續支持球隊 、支持新疆天山雪豹 ，我們將齊心協力 ，完成今年的保級任務 。
