北京時間12月15日 ，救火中超聯賽第16輪 ，青岛剛剛換帥的新帅青島隊將迎來上輪大勝的武漢隊。青島隊上輪輸球之後 ，杨为压力也肩聯賽已經連敗十場 ，健吐吳金貴賽後宣布辭職，露心領隊楊為健重新接手 ，负责球隊目前保級壓力山大。救火
賽前發布會楊為健和亞曆山德裏尼共同出席 。青岛楊為健表示 ：“三天一場比賽 ，新帅對各個隊壓力比較大 ，杨为压力也肩我們隊現在局麵非常嚴峻 ，健吐還有7場比賽 ，露心場場都是负责硬仗 ，每場都要拚 ，救火每一分都要爭 ，與武漢的比賽，我們會全力以赴 。”
外援前鋒亞曆山德裏尼表示 ：“賽程非常密集 ，我們努力去準備下一場，聯賽開始前 ，我們也在努力的訓練 ，我們知道每一場都是決賽 。明天我們必須全力以赴 。”
作為一名救火教練 ，在被問到目前的心態時 ，楊為健表示：“作為一個青島人 ，帶領青島隊 ，有壓力 ，也肩負責任 ，既然在這個位置上，就和大家一起 ，努力繼續前進 。”
對於和武漢隊的比賽 ，楊為健表示 ：“每個對手對於我們都是強隊 ，我們目前傷病比較多，時間比較緊 ，還是集中大家注意力 ，一起去拚 。集體項目 ，凝聚力很關鍵 ，還是要挖掘球員能量，全隊一起努力 。”
對於上輪和申花隊的比賽 ，連續出現三名球員傷病的情況 ，楊為健坦言沒有想到 。“一場比賽三個隊員傷病 ，沒有想到 ，既然出了就隻能麵對，接下來與醫務組一起調整 ，這樣的情況盡量避免和減少 。”（搜狐體育 裴力）
