當被問到和球員有過什麽交流時 ，李金羽表示 ：“暫時沒那麽多交流 ，但球員展現出來的拚搏精神 、硬度和韌勁都不需要語言去交流。他們展現的東西和我在心裏對他們的評價成正比 ，我還沒有過多和球員有語言上的溝通 ，但我們在精神上能夠共鳴 。”
