6月1日 ，国足駐紮在蘇州賽區防疫紅區的出征测核中國男足放假1天 。不過由於球隊計劃將於6月2日啟程前往阿聯酋迪拜參加40強賽餘下比賽，前驻因此隊員們利用難得的地酒店检假期 ，為出訪作各項準備 。酸部很多球員不約而同地前往理發店 ，分国而那些此前沒有接種過疫苗的脚抓紧时间打球員也抓緊時間去打針 。
5月31日 ，疫苗中國足協、国足亞足聯雙雙確認 ，出征测核卡塔爾世預賽亞洲區40強賽A組餘下比賽改在阿聯酋迪拜（比賽地實際為阿聯酋沙迦）舉行 。前驻而當天下午 ，地酒店检中國隊還在蘇州賽區進行了常規訓練。酸部
由於全隊計劃將於6月2日晚乘坐包機從上海出發 ，分国飛赴迪拜 ，脚抓紧时间打因此教練組決定 ，不會在6月1日當天安排訓練 。利用這個休息日 ，球員做起了出征前的各項準備工作 。比較注重公眾形象的教練員與國腳們也有不少紛紛前往賽區內的理發店打理頭發 ，畢竟做客比賽 ，球隊不能像在家門口這樣享受各種優越的保障條件 。
據了解 ，鑒於國際疫情防控形勢仍很嚴峻 ，對手球隊近期亦出現疫情 ，因此中國足協與國足內部格外注重此次出訪的防疫工作。
1日上午 ，包括中國足協主席陳戌源在內的中國隊代表團成員紛紛在駐地酒店接受了核酸檢測。而在防疫紅區內 ，那些此前未能接種疫苗的球員也都紛紛前往指定地點接種 。
據了解 ，中國隊將在6月2日白天進行出征前的最後一次訓練 。
