北京時間3月10日消息，国安归训北京國安官方通告了球隊的集结均跑備戰近況 ，國安全隊昨日重新集結 ，王刚主力右後衛王剛傷愈歸來 ，伤愈球隊備戰迎來利好 。练上量人
在經曆了短暫的比赛倍休整之後 ，北京國安一線隊於上海重新集合 ，国安归训開啟了新賽季第二階段的集结均跑備戰 。值得一提的王刚是 ，此前受右臂骨折困擾的伤愈王剛已經痊愈 ，並且主動要求參與本階段的练上量人訓練 。剛哥今天的比赛倍訓練狀態很好，並且參與了分組對抗練習 。国安归训
在訓練開始前 ，集结均跑謝峰指導也帶領全隊一起歡迎剛哥歸來 。王刚在上海的訓練還是以“一天兩練”為主 ，且訓練量會比第一階段時期更大 ，強度更高 。
以今天的訓練為例 ，上午是接近1個半小時的有氧跑 ，附帶一些簡單的搶圈訓練。不過 ，這隻是全天訓練的“開胃菜”。下午則是2個小時的高強度對抗訓練 ，球員們在接近2個小時裏模擬比賽中可能出現的各種場景進行了分組對抗訓練。教練組在場邊不斷提出要求 ，謝指導喊得最多的是 ：“控住球 、找空檔 、多射門！”
2個小時的訓練結束後，數據分析顯示球員們的人均跑動是正常比賽的1.5倍 ，高強度衝刺跑數據也超過了以往。
未來3天 ，北京國安隊都會保持像今天這樣的一天兩練的高強度節奏。本階段 ，球隊也會有多場教學賽來檢驗訓練成果 ，磨練技戰術打法 。（DD）
