北京時間3月19日晚間20點，欧联2020-21賽季歐聯四分之一決賽的强抽签抽簽儀式拉開帷幕。根據規則 ，联对旅四分之一決賽的阵西遭遇抽簽將沒有任何的回避原則 ，沒有種子隊 ，甲劲也就是森纳說8強中任何兩支球隊都會有碰麵的機會。經過一番抽簽後，黑马阿森納抽到上上簽 ，欧联羅馬則是强抽签與阿賈克斯形成強強對話 。

首先歐足聯通過一個短片回顧了本賽季歐聯杯晉級8強球隊的風采 ，隨後 ，抽簽主持人與抽簽嘉賓法國後衛克裏希逐一抽取了1/4比賽的對決以及各支球隊所在的分區 。根據歐足聯的賽場 ，1/4決賽將在4月8日和4月15日進行，半決賽將在4月29日和5月6日進行 ，決賽則是將在5月26日進行 。
