北京時間3月3日消息 ，亚泰昨晚長春亞泰俱樂部官方發布了球隊備戰的集训情況 。
經過兩周的上量適應性訓練，長春亞泰隊在海口的天两春訓開始上量 。3月2日 ，练谭龙前按照教練組的往海訓練計劃，全隊進入一天兩練的口赴模式 ，上午健身房力量訓練 、队报下午室外場地的亚泰有球訓練，主教練陳洋要求弟子做好春訓期間的集训體能儲備 ，應對新賽季可能麵臨的上量各項困難。
上周 ，天两海口陰雨連綿，练谭龙前氣溫很低 ，往海給亞泰將士的口赴訓練製造了不小的困難 。本周 ，海口迎來陽光 ，氣溫也隨之回升 ，亞泰將士走到室外訓練場地，訓練強度也開始逐漸增加 ，達到一天一練和一天兩練相交替進行 。
目前，除長春亞泰外，深圳隊 、武漢三鎮隊在海南進行春訓 。在教練組的訓練計劃中 ，接下來 ，他們將結合教學比賽檢驗訓練效果。值得一提的是 ，長春亞泰U21隊的宋子文豪 、石立山 、賀一然、白雪鬆、李佳琦等8名球員上調一線隊 ，他們將接受教練組的考核。
另訊 今日 ，長春亞泰球員譚龍、迪力依米提·土地將分別前往海口與國足、U23國足會合 ，參加新一期集訓 。據悉，兩支國字號球隊將在3月下旬同赴西亞參賽 。（DD）
