去年12月31日 ，补深深圳隊宣布主帥卡洛斯的神层失球合同到期離任 ，助理教練張效瑞出任代理主帥 ，面缺最終率隊獲得聯賽第六名 。队计雖然未能實現衝擊亞冠席位的划月目標 ，但這已是日集深圳隊2004年獲得中超元年冠軍後的最高排位。
李章洙球員時代司職後衛 ，李章曾效力於韓國大宇隊、洙执助弥足精陸軍隊等球隊 ，教有结代表韓國國家隊出場9次 ，补深並打進一球 。神层失球
李章洙在1998年來到中國執教 ，面缺先後帶領前衛寰島隊 、青島貝萊特隊奪得足協杯冠軍 。2004年至2009年，他先後執教韓國球隊全南天龍 、首爾FC以及北京國安 。2010年至2012年 ，李章洙帶領廣州隊先後獲得中甲冠軍 、中超冠軍 、中國超級杯冠軍 。此後，他還曾執教成都天誠 、長春亞泰等球隊 。
李章洙以嚴格著稱 ，綽號“鐵帥” 。此前大部分時間都在中國聯賽執教 ，對中國足球的環境非常熟悉 ，且經驗豐富，成為名副其實的“中國通”。
過去6年 ，深圳隊已更換12任主教練，主帥更迭頻繁導致戰術體係不穩定 ，是戰績不穩的主因 。上賽季衝刺階段 ，深足關鍵時刻掉鏈子 ，再次暴露出精神層麵的缺失 。李章洙向來治軍嚴明 ，以“鐵腕”執教著稱 ，其韓國足球的堅韌風格，有望為深足在精神層麵帶來質的改變 。
雖然深圳俱樂部股改未有明顯進展，但新帥的敲定無疑是一個好的預兆 ，畢竟在中超當前的大環境下 ，能夠簽下外籍教練的俱樂部已是少之又少 。深足正慢慢回到正軌 ，球隊計劃於2月16日集結開始冬訓，備戰新賽季的中超聯賽 。
