北京時間8月10日 ，皇马皇馬官方宣布，官方正式對西甲主席特巴斯以及CVC提起訴訟 。对西
最近 ，甲主西甲聯盟宣布與國際投資基金CVC達成戰略協議 ，席和刑事CVC將向西甲注資27億歐元資金 ，起民如果巴薩和皇馬同意這份協議 ，事和诉讼就意味著他們堅持已久的皇马歐超計劃將化為泡影 。皇馬表示，官方該協議有欺騙性，对西並違反法律 ，甲主是席和刑事在不知情的情況下達成的 。
官方聲明如下
皇家馬德裏俱樂部董事會於今天上午 11:00 召開會議，起民經過商議後一致同意對西甲主席 Javier Tebas Medrano 先生 、事和诉讼負責 CVC 投資集團的皇马 Javier de Jaime Guijarro 先生和 CVC 投資集團主體提起民事和刑事訴訟 。
同樣 ，董事會還決定采取適當的法律行動 ，以廢止將於 2021 年 8 月 12 日舉行的西甲大會上 ，西甲與 CVC 投資集團可能達成的協議 。
