日前 ，據意大利《足球市場》轉會記者達尼埃爾·隆戈報道 ，曝米AC米蘭基本和波蘭紮布熱礦工隊的兰将利下16歲天才中場達裏烏斯·斯塔爾馬赫（Dariusz Stalmach）達成了協議 ，這位小將會在下周正式官宣加盟AC米蘭 ，签岁去青但是天才托纳隆戈並未透露他的轉會費 。
米蘭在更換了老板後 ，接近轉會策略並未調整 ，周加他們仍然在追求有潛力的年队年輕球員 ，比如一線隊在近2個賽季就引入了德卡特萊爾 、名记模板盟先阿德利 、曝米卡盧盧 、兰将利下托納利和拉澤蒂奇等多名U21年齡段的签岁去青球員 ，其中不少人都獲得了一線隊的天才托纳位置甚至是主力 。
米蘭在首席球探蒙卡達的接近運作下建立了新的球探體係 ，他們有龐大的周加數據庫，對其中每個球員都進行詳盡的分析 ，而根據這一套數據和體係，米蘭又鎖定了了一位天才級的球員 ，那就是波蘭紮布熱礦工的16歲中場斯塔爾馬赫 。
斯塔爾馬赫出生於2005年12月8日，這位中場小將上賽季就以15歲348天的年紀在對紮布熱礦工對華沙萊吉亞的比賽中上演了一線隊首秀 ，並刷新了紮布熱礦工最年輕的出場機會。他能夠踢中場、前腰 ，還能夠踢組織後腰 ，不僅視野開闊 ，持球和出球的能力也非常不錯 ，尤其還有一腳精準的長傳球和很搶眼的縱深直傳能力 ，他的身體素質在同齡人中也屬上乘，如果要對標米蘭球員的話 ，托納利是他的合適模板。
其實在今年1月的時候 ，當時剛滿16歲不久的斯塔爾馬赫就已經在米蘭的關注名單中了 ，隻是當時包括羅馬 、佛羅倫薩以及奧地利薩爾茨堡都在關注他 ，而AC米蘭這一次閃電出手 ，他們和斯塔爾馬赫基本達成了協議 ，將會在下周簽約。不過 ，由於斯塔爾馬赫實在太過於年輕 ，所以加盟後 ，在米蘭青年隊進行訓練和比賽 ，等到時機成熟再提到一線隊 。
