3月5日 ，北京中赫國安一線隊結束了在海口的奇国第二階段冬訓 ，球隊將進行短暫幾天的安冬休整 ，隨後在上海重新集結，窗引充们開始第三階段集訓 ，援好為新賽季的光明各項賽事做好全方位的備戰工作 。
本階段的比利集訓 ，也是奇国新帥比利奇及其教練團隊首次帶領國安將士麵對麵地進行訓練 。在經過了第一階段良好的安冬體能儲備之後 ，球員們都能適應比利奇的窗引充们訓練強度 。主教練也對球員們表現出來的援好訓練狀態表示滿意 。他說 ：“在海南的光明一切都很棒 ，天氣 、比利場地、奇国訓練設施和小夥子們的安冬精神麵貌都讓我滿意 ，球員們訓練地非常投入 ，我們在這裏度過了寶貴的3周 。”
除了日常訓練之外 ，球隊還進行了3場教學比賽 。對於這3場比賽的結果 ，比利奇認為 ：“我們在海南取得了3場比賽的勝利 ，雖然隻是教學比賽 ，但能取勝是很開心的 。更重要的是 ，這些比賽幫助我完成了對年輕球員的考察 ，對他們的能力有了更清晰的認識 。”
談到隊內的新鮮血液和青訓係統裏的年輕球員時 ，比利奇表示他對俱樂部的未來充滿希望 。他說 ：“我們在整個休賽期進行了很好地補充 。曹永競和高天意是兩名非常有實力的年輕球員，他們會在新賽季給予球隊很大的幫助 。除此之外，預備隊裏的孩子們讓我感到欣喜 ，這也體現出俱樂部的青訓係統運轉地非常不錯 。這一點很重要 ，預示我們有著光明的未來 。”
