北京時間3月25日消息 ，昨晚進行的掉链12強賽第9輪的比賽中 ，中國男足依靠朱辰傑的国足點球破門 ，1-1戰平了沙特隊 ，世预赛出李霄鵬指導也終於在上任後拿到了12強賽的局后第1分 ，而這1分 ，保持不败也給了不少國足球迷在最後一輪比賽看到獲勝的荣誉希望。
本場比賽麵對強大的掉链沙特隊 ，李霄鵬排出了三中衛的国足穩守反擊陣型 ，鄭錚 、世预赛出張琳芃和朱辰傑坐鎮中路，局后兩遍高準翼和劉洋作為邊翼衛，保持不败雖然這樣的荣誉選擇在比賽中一度被沙特隊壓得喘不過氣 ，但是掉链收效卻非常好 ，沙特隊也並沒有拿到幾次必進球的国足機會 ，正是在這樣的消耗當中 ，沙特隊逐漸產生了放鬆的心理 ，最終讓國足抓到了一次機會，由朱辰傑攻入一粒點球 。
值得一提的是 ，國足在曆屆世界杯預選賽出局之後的比賽 ，均保持著不敗的紀錄 ，如果不算本次1-1戰平沙特 ，之前的比賽更是全部取得了勝利 ，這究竟為何確實讓人摸不著頭腦。
在1994世界杯預選賽當中 ，國足在第一階段就提前兩輪出局，不過在出局後的最後兩輪比賽中 ，中國隊先是1-0擊敗了也門 ，隨後在最後一輪更是2-1逆轉戰勝了伊拉克，以兩連勝結束了世預賽的征程 。
在1998世界杯預選賽中 ，國足在10強賽提前一輪出局 ，無緣最終的小組出線 ，不過在最後一輪的比賽中 ，中國隊1-0擊敗了科威特 ，拿到3分收官 。
到了2010世界杯預選賽 ，國足和和澳大利亞 、卡塔爾 、伊拉克同組 ，最終中國隊同樣是在最後一輪之前遭到淘汰，不過在末輪比賽中 ，國足1-0客場戰勝了澳大利亞隊 。
2014世界杯預選賽 ，國足和約旦 、伊拉克 、新加坡 ，4輪比賽過後就已經小組出局，在最後兩輪比賽中 ，中國隊先是4-0擊敗了新加坡，隨後3-1戰勝了約旦隊 。
2018世界杯預選賽國足把出線希望保留到了最後一刻 ，不過最終遺憾出局。本屆世界杯預選賽 ，國足在輸給越南隊出局後 ，1-1逼平了沙特隊，在最後一輪比賽中，他們還將客場麵對阿曼隊 ，不知屆時國足將士會以何種結果結束12強賽的征程。（DD）
