北京時間9月21日消息 ，欧洲當地時間9月20日 ，杯预歐足聯執行委員會在克羅地亞召開會議 ，选赛批準了2024年歐洲杯預選賽抽簽程序 ，抽签参加該抽簽將於10月9日12時在法蘭克福進行。德国
2024歐洲杯預選賽抽簽程序總結如下 ：
1 、直接正赛2024年歐洲杯東道主德國自動晉級正賽 ，晋级不需要參加預選賽抽簽；
2 、俄罗根據2022年2月8日歐足聯執行委員會的欧洲決定，所有俄羅斯球隊目前均被禁賽 ，杯预而該決定在2022年7月15日得到體育仲裁法院的选赛進一步確認 。因此 ，抽签参加俄羅斯不參加2024年歐洲杯預選賽抽簽；
3 、德国53個國家協會將參加預選賽抽簽 ，直接正赛將被分為10組，晋级其中7組有5支球隊 ，3組有6支球隊；
4、每個小組的前兩名將晉級歐洲杯正賽 ，剩下的三個正賽名額將通過附加賽決定；
5 、53支球隊將按照2022-23年歐國聯的排名分為七檔 。
