體壇 ：國安新帥堅持地麵傳控風格 ，稱盡力踢出有控製力的新帅足球
直播吧9月5日訊 北京時間明晚 ，中超聯賽第16輪，坚持北京國安對陣浙江隊 。地面據《體壇周報》報道 ，传控称尽出國安新帥斯坦利將堅持地麵傳控的风格戰術風格 ，不會對陣容進行太大的力踢力調整 。
從紙麵實力來看 ，控制北京國安和浙江隊比較接近 ，足球而且打法與風格也比較類似 。体坛喬迪麾下的国安浙江隊無論在中甲還是中超 ，都堅持以地麵傳控為主 。新帅而經過10天的坚持休整，以及過去一周在斯坦利帶領下進行的地面針對性備戰，主場作戰的國安可謂以逸待勞 ，相比一周雙賽的浙江隊 ，國安占據體能優勢 。
通過近一周的訓練看來 ，在首發陣容與戰術打法上 ，斯坦利不會進行太大調整與改變 ，仍然強調在比賽中對於持球人要進行反複壓迫，始終保持快速的攻防轉換和整體陣型的緊湊 。
在過去一周 ，每天訓練前，斯坦利都會把全隊召集在一起開一個簡單的小會。每天利用這半個小時的時間 ，努力向所有人傳遞他的訓練想法和比賽思路 ，隨後便是一個半小時高強度的訓練內容。據悉 ，斯坦利會堅持地麵傳控的風格 ，他在給球員們傳遞他的戰術想法時說得也很明確：“我們要盡力踢出有控製力的足球 。傳球、接球 、再傳球 ，再接球 ，最後去尋找殺死比賽的機會。丟球以後要迅速反搶 ，團結協作，讓對手追在我們的身後跑 。”
每天上午的訓練結束後 ，斯坦利會在基地繼續留到下午觀看U21梯隊的訓練 。斯坦利上任後 ，國安已經正式啟動“大一線隊模式” ，作為這種模式的核心人物 ，斯坦利自然會親自觀摩U21梯隊的訓練 。
