克裏斯蒂琳表示 ：“目前的情況是這樣的，《歐足聯法規》中有兩條法規被完全忽略了 ，分別是第49和第51條。道德和調查委員會的檢查員已經完成了他們的工作 。”
“另外第51條沒有規定明確的製裁機製和措施，因此 ，歐足聯的司法機構可以行事決定權 ，甚至可以最大限度的行使製裁措施 。然後將向體育法院提出上訴 ，然後可能我們也將向普通司法部門上訴或備案 。盡管這三家俱樂部證明馬德裏法院的說法是有道理的 ，但情況一直在變化。”
