北京時間10月26日消息 ，中超今日網絡上曝光了一張河北隊下發的俱乐教练俱樂部通知，通知中表示俱樂部目前的部欠經營狀況 ，已經無法滿足正常的薪达運營，全體員工被通知停工休假 ，个月给球如提前複工將另行通知 。出钱
另據記者鄭曉蔚報道 ，红包目前中超俱樂部欠薪已經成為了普遍現象 。中超

有媒體報道稱 ，薪达一位現役球員告訴記者 ：“不欠薪的个月给球（中超）俱樂部據我所知不到半數 ，欠薪的出钱最少也是欠1個季度了 ，大家現在都是红包硬著頭皮在踢 ，真不知道還能踢多久。中超”
事實上 ，據筆者了解，欠薪在三個月以上的中超俱樂部不在少數 。有知情人告訴筆者 ，有俱樂部欠薪已多達六個月之久 。有俱樂部因為長期不發薪水 ，教練員為維持團隊士氣確保比賽得以延續 ，會自掏腰包在隊員微信群裏發紅包 。有球員被教練員的舉動所打動 ，表示盡管一直被欠薪 ，但自己還是會堅持打好每一場比賽 。
還有球員在被欠薪的情況下 ，也一直堅持訓練——即便有時候訓練人數已經隻剩下十來個人左右 。“為了自己保持狀態吧，這點覺悟還是有的 。”
不僅是球員遭遇欠薪 ，事實上 ，部分俱樂部員工也麵臨同樣處境 ，但這些員工依然堅守在工作崗位上 。有俱樂部員工因此開玩笑說 ：“現在如果不是個富二代 ，都不敢來俱樂部上班 。
