北京時間5月19日，巴黎根據西班牙六台記者Edu Aguirre透露稱 ，为留在最近幾個月 ，姆巴巴黎聖日爾曼方麵為了能夠留住姆巴佩，佩愿向姆巴佩提出極為寬厚的交付决定教练條件 ，提議姆巴佩成為俱樂部的权允球領導層 ，他們會允許他換教練，更换換掉他想換的巴黎球員 。
記者表示 ：“之前我覺得姆巴佩的为留轉會基本完成了 ，但是姆巴最近一個月 ，巴黎方麵不僅給姆巴佩開出天價的佩愿合同 ，甚至提出願意讓姆巴佩為巴黎聖日耳曼的交付决定教练發展做主 。”
“就是权允球說，如果你想換教練 ，更换那就換 ，巴黎如果你覺得哪個球員能力不夠 ，那就讓他走 。可以說是把巴黎聖日爾曼這家俱樂部的鑰匙交給了姆巴佩。”
“我得知的是 ，姆巴佩方麵還在考量這些因素 。這讓我非常不安 。現在巴黎，卡塔爾 ，皇馬 ，誰都不能替姆巴佩做決定，一切的決定 ，都要姆巴佩自己做 。”
