為持續提升球隊戰鬥力，深圳市足球俱樂部經與市相關部門 、部官股東及戰略合作夥伴討論商議決定，宣李即日起聘請李章洙（Lee Jang-soo）先生擔任一線隊主教練 。章洙主帅战斗
李章洙先生1956年10月15日生於韓國 ，出任创佳足球運動員生涯司職後衛 ，期待曾效力於韓國大宇隊 、提升陸軍隊及油公象隊 。力勇他曾代表韓國國家隊出場9次，深足並打進一球 。俱乐绩
1986年退役後 ，部官李章洙先生在韓國光州湖南大學隊執教 ，宣李1988年進入一和天馬擔任助理教練 ，章洙主帅战斗幫助球隊實現頂級聯賽三連冠 。出任创佳1994年 ，他成為一和天馬主教練，率隊奪得頂級聯賽 、亞俱杯 、亞洲超霸杯和亞非對抗賽冠軍 。1997年 ，李章洙先生留學巴西 ，隨後擔任韓國足協技術委員會委員 。1998年 ，他來到中國執教 ，先後帶領前衛寰島 、青島貝萊特奪得足協杯冠軍。2004年至2009年 ，他先後執教韓國球隊全南天龍 、首爾FC以及中國球隊北京國安 。2010年至2012年 ，李章洙先生帶領廣州恒大先後獲得中甲冠軍、中超冠軍 、中國超級杯冠軍 。此後 ，他還曾執教成都天誠 、長春亞泰等球隊 。
李章洙先生以嚴格著稱 ，綽號“鐵帥” 。他多次擔任中國球隊主教練 ，熟悉中國足球環境，經驗豐富 。相信李章洙先生及其教練團隊能進一步激發深圳隊隊員潛力 ，提升全隊戰鬥力 ，在各項賽事中勇創佳績 。
