今天上午 ，上海海港將士在世紀公園訓練基地開啟新一天的生日訓練 。恰逢奧斯卡的希望30歲生日，訓練開始前，全队全隊聚攏在一起為隊長送上祝福 ，再接再厉共唱生日歌 。令人奧斯卡表示，满意希望這個賽季大家再接再厲，卡岁一起取得令人滿意的生日成績 。
經過充分熱身後 ，希望海港全隊正式投入訓練 。全队在傳接球練習中 ，再接再厉大家精神高度集中 ，令人時刻注意隊友的满意跑位以及傳球質量 。而在後續的卡岁分組對抗環節 ，被分成幾組的隊員們鬥誌滿滿 ，在球場上互有攻守，場麵精彩紛呈，大家在場上的進攻配合 、防守補位也得到了教練組的一致肯定。
在集中備戰的這段時間裏 ，全隊將繼續保持專注，力爭在接下來的訓練中有好的表現。
