中信國安 ，中信重罚股票代碼 ：000839 ，国安光证公司全稱是连续“中信國安信息產業股份有限公司” 。2021年3月3日晚 ，年财中信國安公告收到證監會《行政處罰事先告知書》（下稱《告知書》），造万曝出了十餘年前的假旧监財務造假舊案 。
《告知書》顯示，案曝中信國安竟然在2009年 、中信重罚2010年 、国安光证2011年 、连续2012年 、年财2013年 、造万2014年 、假旧监2015年連續七年財務造假 ，案曝累計虛增利潤總額10.12億元。中信重罚
2020年5月 ，中信國安因涉嫌信息披露違法違規 ，被證監會立案調查。經過不到十個月時間，證監會調查完畢 。
《告知書》顯示 ，證監會查明 ，中信國安涉嫌違法的事實主要包括，披露的《2009年年度報告》《2010年年度報告》《2011年年度報告》《2012年年度報告》《2013年年度報告》《2014年年度報告》中存在虛假記載；披露的《2015年年度報告》中存在虛假記載 。
對此 ，證監會擬決定：對中信國安責令改正 ，給予警告 ，並處以60萬元罰款;對9名相關責任人給予警告 ，並分別處以5萬元至30萬元不等罰款。
