搜狐體育消息 ，社韩北京時間6月3日 ，国总據路透社消息 ，统已推动韓國總統已批準推動韓國承辦2023年亞洲杯 。批准
據報道 ，韩国在韓國隊與巴西隊比賽前一晚 ，承办韓國總統尹錫悅與韓國足協官員以及足壇各界人士進行了一次晚宴 ，年亚並要求體育部長確保拿下2023年亞洲杯的洲杯承辦權。
這一決議是社韩由韓國足協主席以及前韓國國腳李榮杓提出的。此前日本足協官員曾表示就承辦2023年亞洲杯的国总可能性與亞足聯進行過非正式接觸 。
5月14日 ，统已推动亞足聯宣布2023年中國亞洲杯易地舉辦。批准本周二，韩国亞足聯也發出意向邀請，承办通知會員協會申辦亞洲杯 ，年亚意向書提交的截止日期為6月30日 。
