來自意大利安莎社的私下消息，尤文圖斯俱樂部已經收到了來自歐足聯的致函信函 ，函件中明確表示，皇萨歐足聯經過慎重考慮 ，已經允許他們參加2021-2022賽季的歐冠 。同時，安莎社表示 ，歐足聯的信函等於取消了此前的威脅 ，之前有傳言稱，歐足聯將對皇薩文處以禁止參加歐冠2年的處罰 。
此前，西班牙馬德裏的法院做出了不準處罰皇薩文的裁決，並將之提交到歐盟法院，而瑞士聯邦法院也對歐足聯下達了相同的命令 。因此 ，歐足聯也不得不在隨後宣布 ，停止對皇薩文的調查 。
