據《圖片報》透露，萨利拜仁的青睐體育主管薩利哈米季奇已經在物色弗裏克的接班人 ，以備其離開球隊 。纳格薩利哈米季奇是拜仁萊比錫紅牛主帥納格爾斯曼的粉絲，他非常欣賞納格爾斯曼的弗里工作成果。與此同時，克寻納格爾斯曼從小就是找潜拜仁球迷，也將執教拜仁作為自己職業生涯中的接班規劃之一 。
弗裏克離開拜仁 ？萨利《踢球者》表示這並非杜撰 。《踢球者》指出 ，青睐弗裏克和薩利哈米季奇之間有很多意見上的分歧。在德國隊今夏帥位空缺的情況下 ，這將會成為拜仁的問題 。
《圖片報》還指出 ，德國足協承諾，他們不會主動挖角今夏還有合同在身的主教練 ，他們不希望直接造成主教練違背自己的合同 。但是，這並不意味著當前有合同在身的主帥就不存在被挖角的可能，如果該名教練先向俱樂部表達過想要離開的念頭 ，那麽德國足協就會介入其中 。
因此 ，對於弗裏克來說 ，如果他想要得到德國隊主帥這份工作 ，那麽他需要先與拜仁的高層對話 ，打聽他們是否願意放自己走人。隻有在這種情況下，德國足協才會與拜仁展開談判 。
