深度水解奶粉和氨基酸奶粉區別
主要區別就是 ：針對寶寶過敏程度不同 ，氨基酸配方為植物氨基酸混合配方 ，氨基不含一點牛奶成分 ，酸奶深度水解屬無牛奶配方 。粉和適於牛奶過敏的奶粉診斷和重症的治療 。
深度水解配方為牛奶蛋白經工業化加工後的氨基短肽配方 ，屬牛奶配方。酸奶深度水解適於牛奶過敏的粉和治療 ，但不具診斷價值。
氨基酸奶粉和深度水解奶粉都屬於特殊配方奶粉 。特殊配方奶粉分為 ：
深度水解蛋白配方奶粉和氨基酸配方奶粉 。
這兩種特殊奶粉必須要由醫生開處方指導購買 ，要在醫生的指導下給寶寶食用 。

根據市麵上嬰幼兒配方奶粉蛋白質的完整程度 ，可以大致分為三種類型 ：
第一類 ：常規配方奶粉
指的是市麵上可以買到的嬰幼兒配方奶粉 ，媽媽可以自主為寶寶購買 。
適用於不同年齡階段的寶寶 。
第二類 ：部分水解蛋白配方奶粉(也稱適度水解配方奶粉) 部分水解蛋白的過程是將完整的大分子蛋白切碎，在胃中形成更軟 、更易吸收的凝乳 ，從而更容易被寶寶稚嫩的腸胃吸收 ，更易消化，有助緩解寶寶各種消化不適問題 。
更適用於腸道嬌嫩的0-1歲寶寶 。

第三類 ：特殊配方奶粉
分為深度水解蛋白配方奶粉和氨基酸配方奶粉 ，在普通市場上無法購買 ，必須要由醫生開處方指導購買。
適用於由醫生診斷為牛奶過敏症狀的寶寶 。
對於那些具有高過敏風險的寶寶 ，比如父母曾經有食物過敏史等等 ，為了預防寶寶見到怪物會害怕，我們就預先把牛奶蛋白質水解成一些大小不等的肽段 ，這就好比把樂高積木搭的這個怪物給拆成了大小不一的部分 ，看起來已經不那麽可怕了 。這就是部分水解配方奶粉 。
