北京時間4月27日，王秋天津津門虎官宣王秋明等6名內援加盟球隊，明放盟梅王秋明也是弃部12強賽參賽國腳中首位官宣轉會的球員。同樣來自河北隊的分欠國腳尹鴻博近期一直在跟隨梅州客家隊進行訓練 ，他的薪换轉會離開隻是時間問題。
王秋明本身就是自由州天津人 ，出身於天津泰達青訓，身尹式加2018年轉會到河北華夏幸福 ，鸿博或同雙方簽約五年 ，样模上賽季河北隊股權改造擱淺 ，王秋運營出現了比較大的明放盟梅問題 ，投資情況惡化 ，弃部隊內拖欠工資的分欠情況比較嚴重 ，球隊冬訓備戰遲遲無法啟動 ，薪换在這種情況下 ，自由州王秋明選擇重返天津 ，跟隨津門虎進行冬訓備戰 。
據知情人士透露 ，王秋明因為與河北隊的解約問題一度申訴到中國足協 ，要求仲裁自由身，經過多方溝通 ，最終達成一致 ，為了能否重返家鄉天津踢球 ，王秋明放棄了一部分工資、獎金 ，以自由身身份加盟天津津門虎 。
除了王秋明之外 ，河北隊另外一名國腳尹鴻博跟隨梅州客家訓練已經相當長一段時間 ，官宣加盟也隻是時間問題，尹鴻博2017年加盟河北華夏幸福 ，2021年雙方又簽約三年 ，與王秋明一樣 ，上賽季河北隊出現大麵積欠薪 ，本賽季河北隊雖然保住了中超準入資格 ，但俱樂部已經確定將以年輕球員為班底組建隊伍 ，征戰中超聯賽，隊內老隊員隻剩下了潘喜明 、丁海峰等寥寥幾人。尹鴻博最終很可能也會以放棄欠薪換取自由身的形式 ，與河北隊解約 ，加盟梅州客家 。
值得一提的是 ，梅州客家主教練曹陽曾經執教廣東日之泉 ，而尹鴻博當年就是從日之泉出道 ，開啟職業生涯 ，曹陽對於尹鴻博有知遇之恩 ，堪稱是尹鴻博的啟蒙恩師 。（搜狐體育 裴力）
