唯伊表示有信心上訴成功 ：“我們當然有信心 。因為在上訴時，本澤馬會親自進行解釋 ，除非法庭選擇在他無法出麵的時間開庭 ，就像第一次庭審那樣 。在兩場比賽之間 ，本澤馬無法為開庭做準備 。法庭可以很自如的改變庭審日期 ，但他們並沒有這樣做 。並不是本澤馬不想回應庭審 ，而是審判方一直拒絕這樣做 。”
