目前，陈钊新賽季轉會窗持續，蒋圣借各支球隊都在為2021賽季招兵買馬 ，龙租擴充實力 。重庆转重慶兩江競技足球俱樂部的队官各項工作正有序展開 ，球隊正在廣東東莞進行賽季前備戰拉練 。宣签俱樂部備戰 、约申補強等工作也在如期進行中 。孙凯
按照俱樂部階段性部署和規劃的陈钊要求 ，教練組 、蒋圣借技術團隊考慮完善陣容厚度需要 ，球員孫凱 、陳釗 、蔣聖龍正式加盟重慶兩江競技足球俱樂部 ，其中孫凱與陳釗為轉會 ，蔣聖龍為租借 。
2021賽季 ，希望三位隊員能夠盡快融入球隊形成戰鬥力 ，團結一致為重慶兩江競技貢獻付出，實現價值 。
