阿根廷隊原定於6月11日與巴西隊進行友誼賽 ，阿根三天後的廷热14日將前往韓國 ，與韓國隊進行友誼賽 。身赛不過 ，韩媒韩国韩国由於與巴西隊的足协比賽取消 ，這也對阿根廷隊前往韓國造成了影響。确认取消
5月4日，月份韓國足協官方宣布，对阵將在6月份與巴西 、阿根智利、廷热巴拉圭進行三場熱身賽 。此次的夏季熱身賽一方麵是為了紀念韓日世界杯20年 ，另一方麵是韓國隊為2022卡塔爾世界杯練兵 ，爭取在世界杯開打之前與多支強隊交手 ，以此提高自身實力 。2022卡塔爾世界杯小組賽 ，韓國與葡萄牙 、加納、烏拉圭分在H組 。
