元敏誠1995年8月8日出生於吉林省延吉市 ，后卫身高187厘米，加盟进球司職中後衛 ，出场次打還可勝任後腰 。深圳
俱樂部經曆：
2015至2016賽季在南通支雲效力 ，队官出場19次 ，布重因表現出色受到中超俱樂部重慶當代力帆（現重慶兩江競技）青睞 ，庆中在2017年2月完成轉會 。后卫
2017至2020賽季效力重慶當代力帆期間 ，加盟进球4年出場71次打進4球 。出场次打其中2019賽季首發出場31次。深圳2020年首發出場19次 ，為球隊拿到聯賽第六名立下汗馬功勞 。
個人特點 ：
防守能力突出 ，球風硬朗 、拚搶強悍 ，作為後衛 ，有良好的盤帶、傳球技術 。
