江蘇茉莉足球俱樂部的江苏脚注股東為曹睿和江蘇瑞博恩體育文化產業有限公司 ，瑞博恩明顯為“Reborn（重生）”的足球重生助教资成音譯 ，曹睿為該俱樂部執行董事 ，功勋前江蘇隊球員吉翔任監事 ，同国五人各自控股20% 。立江莉俱乐部值得注意的苏茉是武磊作為江蘇南京人 ，也參與其中 。江苏脚注相關網站顯示 ，足球重生助教资成江蘇瑞博恩體育文化產業有限公司是功勋在8月23日成立 ，然後再於今日成立了江蘇茉莉足球俱樂部 。
